Responsibilities

Prepare fresh, scratch-made ingredients daily: sides, sauces, dressings, proteins, vegetables, and BBQ staples.
Follow established recipes and prep standards to ensure consistency, quality, and authentic flavor.
Assist with protein prep and BBQ support tasks as needed (trimming, portioning, staging).
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked prep areas throughout your shift.
Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
Support the line and pit teams by replenishing prep items and communicating needs clearly.
Take pride in setting up the kitchen, and your teammates, for success every day.
