Immediate openings for a Prep Cook at Barrio in Portsmouth, NH! Hours may change seasonally Full Time and Part Time Positions Available Duties: Comply with all food safety regulations Capable of following recipes to exact measurements Putting away food orders Properly stock and rotate food Prepare food in large quantities Clean all equipment and kitchen areas All other duties as assigned Ideal Candidate Will: Be able to work efficiently and quickly Have a general knowledge of basic kitchen practices and procedures Have reliable transportation Weekend availability is preferred 1 Year prior experience is preferred, on the job training provided Having your ServSafe Certification is a plus!
