About The Position
Set the stage for culinary excellence! As a Prep Cook, you’ll be the foundation of our kitchen operations—prepping ingredients, organizing stations, and supporting chefs with precision. Your attention to detail and consistency will help deliver high-quality meals to every guest.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food prep environment
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Food Handler Certification required (or obtained upon hire)
- Familiarity with sanitation and food safety standards
Responsibilities
- Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients according to recipes
- Label and stock inventory properly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas
- Assist cooks and chefs with tasks as directed
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure prep is completed for upcoming meal periods
