A Prep Cook performs portioning and inventory control to prepare a variety of cold food including salads, garnishes and all ingredients required for dishes on the menu. This position must have experience with BBQ and maintaining smokers. Must be highly motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about BBQ. Both FT and PT Positions currently available. Reports to: Sous Chef
