About The Position

To prep ingredients and food items for chefs. Assists chefs as needed. EDUCATION: High school diploma. Serv Safe certification Schedule: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Every other weekend is required. EXPERIENCE: No experience necessary. SPECIAL SKILLS: Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Good communication and interaction skills. Ability to perform work accurately and pay attention to details. Ability to function competently and maintain composure during stressful situations and changing work environment related to changing Department needs. Ability to utilize effective time management to set priorities and perform job related responsibilities. Ability to effectively problem-solve.
