Job Summary A Prep Cook assists the kitchen team by preparing ingredients and maintaining a clean, organized workspace to ensure efficient food service. Responsibilities include washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients, preparing basic food items, stocking kitchen stations, and following recipes and food safety guidelines. Prep cooks support chefs and line cooks by completing food preparation tasks before and during service, helping the kitchen run smoothly and efficiently. This is a Full-time position to include a full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-term & Long-term disability and Paid Time off Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 8:00AM - 4:00PM Pay Rate - Starts at $16.00 Per hour
