Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of culinary training preferred
Must be able to push, pull, and lift 25 LBS.
The ideal individual will have excellent communication skills, be energetic and team oriented with ability to multi-task.

Nice To Haves

Dietary Healthcare background is a plus.
Hospitality training and/or Culinary Arts training are preferred.

Responsibilities

Patient tray preparation, food preparation, and serving meals.
Putting away inventory, managing stock rotation, dishwashing, sanitation, and general kitchen clean-up.
Responsible for the preparation of menu items, assisting in the development of menu items, maintaining a safe and clean environment and being attentive to patient needs.
