About The Position

Craft & Crew Hospitality is now hiring Prep Cooks/Dishwashers for Part-time/Full-time employment. Experience and Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who have at least 1 year of experience working in similar positions with a concentration on high-volume food and beverage service. Must have a friendly personality, strong work ethic, ability to work well with others, excellent communication skills, passion for hospitality, dedication to customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed our standards for guest satisfaction and food, cocktails, and service. Availability and Scheduling: PM availability preferred, ready to start training ASAP. Weekend availability required

Requirements

  • at least 1 year of experience working in similar positions with a concentration on high-volume food and beverage service
  • Must have a friendly personality, strong work ethic, ability to work well with others, excellent communication skills, passion for hospitality, dedication to customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed our standards for guest satisfaction and food, cocktails, and service

  • Serve Safe certification a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepares food items in accordance with recipe specifications and restaurant standards
  • Uses kitchen equipment to fry, grill, saute food items in the kitchen
  • Uses knife skills to chop, slice cut a variety of food items
  • May assist in other areas of the kitchen when necessary, such as Prep, Cleaning, Dish
  • May assist in putting away food delivery items into appropriate storage areas (freezer, refrigerator, dry storage)
  • Completes restocking, cleaning, and opening/closing duties
  • Completes other duties as assigned by leader/manager
