About The Position

We’re looking for results-driven sales representatives to join our ever-growing and successful team of preowned sales personnel. You will provide excellent customer service to our patrons, engage appropriately, and present vehicles to them in an efficient and professional manner. Requirements

• A strong focus on sales-based motivations and skills
• Experience in preowned sales a plus, but not mandatory
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Monday to Friday; Weekend Availability
• Morning, Day, and Evening 8-hour Shifts

Responsibilities

• Present, test drive, and provide vehicles to our clientele
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Quickly and efficiently respond and reach out to previous buyers and existing prospects
• Meet monthly sales objectives with the assistance of management
• Continuously improve through feedback
