What You’ll Do: As a Preoperative RN, you’ll assess patients before surgery, ensuring they’re fully prepared for their procedures. Educate patients and their families about the surgical process, answering any questions and providing reassurance. Monitor patients’ vitals, review medical histories, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and safe experience. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
