About The Position

Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food and beverage programs in direct relation to Premium Services Operations as well as directly supporting the Director of Premium. Position Overview: Provide clerical work for all Premium Services Operations Work well and efficiently with others. Communicates clearly via email and phone call. Strong time management and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Act with professionalism and tact. Ability to multi-task and adjust to business needs. Attention to details. Strong problem-solving skills. Efficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Requirements

  • Liaison between temp agency and borrowed labor.
  • Create and print menu tags for clubs as needed.
  • Print, file, and organize paperwork Keep an up-to-date filing cabinet of records.
  • Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices!
  • Seek coverage, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice, based on seniority.
  • Check daily for employee absences via email and phone call. Log and update management accordingly.
  • Create and send office orders as needed.
  • Responsible for upkeep of Premium Office
  • Inform management of proper credentials per homestand
  • Organize and keep track of uniform inventory.
  • Maintain job and promotion postings for union employees.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings and record minutes.
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all POS related task (Updating menu items and prices accordingly, Menu boards)
  • Directly provide support to the Director of Premium Operations, suppling reports, completing task and any other duties assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
