About The Position

Summary: Provides the first level of supervision of food, beverage, and meal services while also overseeing production in the Premium Clubs at Dodger Stadium.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of an assigned Premium Club during the event. This includes but not limited to supervision of responsible alcohol service, food quality, portion control, CNS and Health department requirements, customer service, sanitation and cleanliness of Clubs.
• Maintain proper levels of inventory in assigned Club and recommends adjustment to inventory levels based on usage
• Ensure Time and Attendance Compliance, including proper management of Meal Breaks, Employee Time Punches, and Scheduling.
• Supervisors will lead pre-shift meetings in assigned Club for all hourly members.
• Supervisors need to use all available resources to meet and exceed productivity standards.
• Supervisors will take corrective action as needed to ensure exemplary standards are maintained.
• Leads, inspires, and coaches, all employees to ensure that established cultural and core standards are executed with consistency
• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment on a daily basis and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
• Demonstrates the ability to make informed decisions based on the business needs.
• Must be reliable and trustworthy.
• The ability to work well independently and with a team, multitask effectively while on the floor, and be detail orientated.
