This role plays a critical part in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant food environment.

Requirements

• Previous sanitation or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus (training will be provided)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of food preparation areas, equipment, and facilities check list
• Follow established food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Complete required sanitation and temperature logs accurately and on time
• Identify and report any food safety or sanitation concerns
• Support compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe workplace
