The Premium Manager is responsible for leading all service delivery across premium hospitality environments at LIV Golf events: including clubs, suites, VIP spaces, and catered experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role where you lead from the front—driving service execution, team performance, and guest experience in a fast-paced live event environment where detail, speed, and consistency are critical. You get to set the tone on the floor—bringing energy, polish, and a sharp eye for detail while owning the execution of every guest interaction and ensuring teams are aligned and performing at a high level. You will oversee staffing, service standards, training, and on-site execution—owning the flow of service from start to finish and ensuring a seamless and elevated experience across all premium environments. This role pays an annual salary of $100,000-$110,000 and is bonus eligible.
