Premium/In-seat Supervisor- Ford Amphitheater
About The Position
Developed and built by Notes Live, the Ford Amphitheater is an 8,000-capacity, state-of-the-art venue right in the heart of the Polaris Pointe development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. The Premium In-seat Supervisor is charged with setting the bar high and keeping it there. You are responsible for overseeing, directing, and assisting employees serve our premium guests with fantastic customer service and a high attention to detail. Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently with little supervision and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five-star, white-gloved experience is made.
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older (Required)
- Ability to lift up-to 25 lbs., frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 lbs. (Required)
- Ability to push a cart that weighs up to 50lbs. through doorways and over carpet (Required)
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
- TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
- ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to perform cash handling duties.
- Ability to perform administrative duties.
- Basic reading, writing and math skills.
- Work shifts that are 6 – 10 hours in length.
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory experience in a related field or function (Preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Preferred)
- Basic computer skills (Preferred)
