In-seat Server- Ford Amphitheater
About The Position
Developed and built by Notes Live, the Ford Amphitheater is an 8,000-capacity, state-of-the-art venue right in the heart of the Polaris Pointe development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. The In-Seat Server is responsible for taking customer orders and serving food and beverage according to customer requests. The Server should provide general customer service within the in-seat spaces as well as escalate and/or resolve any issues as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older (Required)
- TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
- Requires constant standing and walking
- Requires frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs.
- Requires occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- This role also may be outside so may be exposed to sun and other inclement weather.

- Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred
