THE JOB Cascades Amphitheater is seeking a Premium Host to support the PSS (Premium Sales and Service) team in driving a high-end hospitality experience for guests in our VIP boxes and our Premium VIP club, The Backyard.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Polished verbal communication and customer service skills
Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, verbal skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills
Ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact and diplomacy
Must have a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

Promote and fulfill merchandise orders for Premium guests.
Serve as a resource of information for all Premium Guests regarding their experience within both the lounges and music areas
Provide assistance to all positions and communicating effectively with others to enhance guest experience.
Exhibit articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with audience.
Present exemplary and professional appearance.
Anticipate guests’ needs and provide proactive service.
