The Premium Audit Team contributes in these efforts by determining the final premium for our policyholders at the conclusion of each policy term. As a Premium Audit Technician, you will perform data entry, provide administrative support, communicate with agents and policyholders regarding premium audits, and reporting to the Support Services Supervisor in Premium Audit. Requirements
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience.
- Have up to two years of premium audit experience or a related discipline or equivalent education, training and experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and maintain electronic mailboxes, respond to internal and external customer requests.
- Contact policyholders by email or phone to acquire additional information.
- Perform basic account and billing research through use of internal systems.
- Create, process, and route electronic activities in internal systems.
- Provide general audit information.
