About The Position

The Premium Audit Reviewer is responsible for accurately reviewing, entering, updating, and maintaining premium audit information within the Policy Administration System (PAS). This role supports the Premium Audit team by ensuring audit results are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and industry standards. At the advanced level, the role provides additional support by handling more complex audits, including Specialty and Argent, and contributing to reporting and process improvement initiatives. This position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office) for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events.  The position can be based in West Bend, Madison, or Appleton. External applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open.

Requirements

  • 0–4 years of experience in premium audit, data entry, insurance operations, or a related field (level dependent).
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work under time constraints.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with premium audit processes, insurance systems, or policy administration platforms preferred.
  • PAAS – Technical Achievement Program for Workers Compensation and General Liability (Reviewer II preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Input and update premium audit data, including payroll, sales figures, classification codes, and policyholder information, into PAS.
  • Process all audit types (Mail, Phone, Hybrid, and Physical) across all auditable lines of business, including Commercial, Specialty, and Argent.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of audit documentation and identify discrepancies requiring correction or resolution.
  • Review and accurately process Specialty and Argent audits in accordance with applicable audit procedures and business rules (Reviewer II).
  • Cross‑check data for inconsistencies and ensure updates are made according to company procedures.
  • Communicate with internal Premium Audit team members and, as needed, Underwriting and IT teams to resolve missing or inaccurate audit information.
  • Maintain organized and accurate audit records in accordance with departmental guidelines.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting, such as audit status, overdue audits, or audit contact reports (Reviewer II).
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry audit standards.
  • Provide feedback and input on system and manual process improvements to support workflow efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Support the Premium Audit extension process by responding to related requests or assisting with queue management and inquiries.
