Cross Country Education is looking for two passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in Howell and Fowlerville, MI , and discover a career where you can make a rewarding impact! Position Overview: Deliver specialized Speech-Language Pathology services to preschool students (ages 3–5) in Howell or elementary students in Fowlerville, focusing on foundational communication and social-language development. Consult and collaborate with special education teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the student's daily classroom experience. Lead the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including conducting initial evaluations and data-driven re-evaluations. Implement creative, play-based (for preschool) or academic-based (for elementary) interventions that build confidence and communication clarity.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License (LARA)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome!

  • 1-2 years with school setting experience (Preferred)
