Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with industrial manufacturing environment and predictive maintenance activities.
Understanding of machine diagnostics and complex operating systems; ability to understand and use reference materials (manuals, schematics, etc.); knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and data analysis.

Nice To Haves

Ability to apply mathematical concepts and statistical analysis.
Working toward Non Destructive Testing (NDT) Level I certification in Ultrasound, Thermo/Infrared and Vibration.

Responsibilities

Executes implementation plans and schedules to apply predictive maintenance techniques at our factory sites.
Collects route based vibration data.
Performs infrared surveys (mechanical and electrical).
Performs air and gas leak surveys.
Communicates findings to site management.
Works with Site Managers and Planners to execute and improve the reliability maintenance program.
Gathers data and information for the creation of professional reports.
Travels approximately 50 - 75% of the time.
