Summary of Responsibilities The Preconstruction Manager plays a vital role on our Preconstruction team that will help translate our internal and external client’s visions into a comprehensive budget, which will set the framework for the project. This is a conceptual preconstruction role where you must be able to envision a client’s goals when the information, drawings, and specifications are incomplete, and provide an accurate starting point that allows designers, architects, and project managers to set the specifics. This role would require using his or her knowledge of construction practices and cost, the involvement of subcontractors, and the advice of consultants (i.e., Director of Site Operations, architects, engineers, etc.). You will also work collaboratively with DB Market Leaders, Sales team, Project Directors, and Senior Management in their respective markets.
