Preconstruction Manager
About The Position
Preconstruction Manager: Visit jobsites to gain an understanding of estimate accuracy and impact. Review architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, landscape, pool and other relevant project drawings at different stages of detail. Review engineering reports, including geotechnical reports, energy calculations, product NOAs. Review project specifications and material selections. Understand and execute multiple project delivery methods, including hard bid, negotiated GMP, Cost+Fee, Lumpsum. Collaborate with project scheduler to generate detailed project schedules based on 90% construction drawings. Generate project general conditions, general requirements, and fees based on job complexity, schedule and team input. Generate Preconstruction budgets and timelines based on project requirements.
