We’re also proud to be Great Place to Work® certified. Imagine this You open a new work order, study the drawings, and map out materials from the BOM. You align components, fasten subassemblies, and create exact mounting points—drilling, tapping, reaming, countersinking, and spot-facing as the print requires. With calipers in hand, you verify every critical dimension. You test circuits for resistance and function, document results, address anomalies, and hand off a clean, compliant unit—ready to keep people and goods moving.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Extensive electromechanical assembly experience.
  • Robust wiring skills and hands-on schematic interpretation.
  • Able to lift 35 lbs.
  • Clear English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Collaborative, quick to learn, dependable in execution.
  • Safety-first mindset; comfortable with power tools/equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Read and apply diagrams, blueprints, schematics, specifications, work orders, and reports to determine materials and build steps.
  • Assemble, position, align, and secure parts into frames, subassemblies, and complete units using the right tools.
  • Use fixtures, templates, microscopes, and precision methods to fit components accurately.
  • Form mounting/wiring holes (drill, tap, ream, countersink, spot-face) with drill presses and portable drills.
  • Measure and confirm tolerances and clearances using precision instruments such as calipers.
  • Inspect surfaces; test wiring, assemblies, and circuits; record and resolve findings.
  • Clean parts with approved solutions; maintain an organized, safe work area and tool inventory.
