Provide insights on emerging issues and engage in problem-solving to address standard challenges or seek out advice when necessary. Collaborate smoothly with your peers to coordinate workflow and suggest improvements to the relevant process improvement teams. Employ the E2 management system as per company standards. Additional Expectations: Adapt to various responsibilities as the situation demands, while prioritizing safety in all functions. Performance Metrics: Deliver projects on time and to the client's standards, upholding quality and safety benchmarks consistently.

Requirements

• Expertise in welding fine gauge materials with precision and visual appeal.
• TIG welding capabilities with a foundational understanding of MIG welding processes.
• Proficiency in mathematics and adeptness in operating various shop machinery.
• Capability to interpret complex blueprints and related machine operation documents.
• A mindset geared towards continuous process improvement, keen on redefining and implementing efficient methods.
• Commendable time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Good interpersonal skills complementing solid communication capabilities.
• Basic understanding of computer operations and handling inspection gauges.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing backdrop, holding a valid driver's license.
