About The Position
A manufacturer of high-quality cable trays and cable bus systems, is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to support our TIG welding department. This position focuses on loading and unloading parts for a robotic welding system, with long-term growth opportunities for the right candidate. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in manufacturing, robotics, or welding automation.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 to 75 pound materials as required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or welding experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Load and unload parts into a robotic TIG welding cell
- Monitor the welding process to ensure parts are properly positioned
- Perform basic quality checks on finished welds
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards
- Assist the welding team as needed
