The Precision Specialist is a member of a field team who supports the retail sales team for whole goods agriculture equipment. The Precision Specialist will also provide precision farming and application expertise to RME’s customer base and be the ‘go-to’ person at the dealership.

Requirements

A customer-first mindset and the ability to connect with diverse personalities.
2+ years in an agriculture-related role with hands-on equipment experience.
Familiarity with AFS/PLM and precision systems (guidance, section control, variable rate tech, etc.).
Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons (seeding, spraying, harvest).
A collaborative spirit and a drive to innovate in the field.

Responsibilities

Lead the charge in optimizing precision ag products across our core equipment lineup.
Be the trusted advisor for customers and staff, sharing market insights and boosting profitability.
Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced systems like GPS/GLONASS, telematics, mapping, and more.
Collaborate with service and sales teams to deliver seamless customer support.
Provide on-farm and remote training, support, and recommendations tailored to crop and machine conditions.
Stay ahead of the curve by engaging with industry groups and tracking competitive technologies.
