What You Will Do Own preventive and corrective maintenance for CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machines. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults quickly and safely. Record work performed and parts used in detailed maintenance logs. Team up with production and engineering to maximize uptime and throughput. Suggest improvements and implement approved upgrades to enhance reliability. Follow safety and quality procedures without compromise. What We Are Looking For 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting. Direct experience with CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines (required). Comfort reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and machine manuals. Electrical/mechanical troubleshooting strength; PLC know-how is a plus, not required. Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to work overtime as needed.
Requirements
