Requirements

3+ years of hands‑on OD/ID grinding experience with machines such as Landis, Studer, Tschudin, and Cincinnati.
Demonstrated ability to hold tight tolerances and achieve specified surface finishes.
Expertise in conventional grinding techniques, wheel selection, and wheel dressing.
Advanced print reading with strong GD&T understanding.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school credentials are a plus.
Reliable attendance and a strong quality and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate OD and ID grinding equipment to meet exact part specifications.
Read and interpret complex blueprints and job orders, applying GD&T to guide your work.
Machine tool steels and heat‑treated alloys with the right wheels, speeds, and feeds.
Use micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges for in‑process checks and final validation.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Keep your area clean and safe at all times.
