About The Position

Your day on the floor From first-piece to final inspection, you own the process. You’ll set up multi‑axis mills and lathes, dial in tooling and offsets, interpret detailed prints with GD&T, and make in‑control edits at the machine using G&M codes to keep parts running to spec. Quality is your constant—measuring, verifying, and documenting at every stage, and deburring parts so they’re ready for the next operation or shipment. Requirements

• Fluency in GD&T and blueprint reading
• Hands‑on experience with CNC tooling and machine setups for production
• CNC programming knowledge with strong G‑Code and M‑Code skills
• Deburring expertise and a quality‑first mindset

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC equipment for production runs, including tooling selection, tool presetting, and offset adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T feature control frames to validate dimensions and tolerances
• Operate and adjust programs at the control using G & M codes to optimize cycle time and maintain conformance
• Ensure part quality through proper tooling practices, in‑process measurements, inspections, and careful deburring
