About The Position

Step into Precision: A Day in This Role Join TekPro Engineering’s partner, a well-established precision manufacturer, as a direct-hire CNC expert. You’ll work on tight-tolerance parts in a clean, well-run shop equipped with modern CNC technology—offering both 1st and 2nd shift options, competitive pay, strong benefits, and long-term stability. How Your Day Unfolds Kick off by reviewing blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T to plan your setups. Set up and run CNC mills and lathes—both horizontal and vertical—tailoring offsets and tooling for low-to-medium volume jobs. Make on-the-fly adjustments: tool changes, offsets, and basic troubleshooting to keep production on pace. Verify quality at the machine using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to hold close tolerances. Document results, uphold safety, and communicate with engineering and quality when needed.
