About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our team. This role focuses on mostly custom work , producing precise parts for industries including aerospace, railroad, construction, and medical. Experience working with various metals is preferred. The position also involves occasional travel to client sites using a company-provided, insured vehicle, so a valid driver’s license and reasonably clean driving record are required.

Requirements

• CNC milling experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Attention to detail and precision
• Physical ability to lift and handle materials as needed
• Steel-toe boots and durable work pants required
• Candidate provides basic hand tools (calipers, Allen wrenches, crescent wrenches)
• All applicants must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check.

• Experience with various metals preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines according to blueprints and specifications
• Measure parts accurately using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
• Inspect finished parts for quality and tolerance compliance
• Perform basic CNC maintenance and troubleshooting
• Travel to client sites as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
