About The Position

Love short runs and tight tolerances? If you enjoy frequent changeovers, collaborating with programmers, and proving out setups, this role is for you. You’ll switch between conventional machines and CNC equipment, machining both metals and nonmetals to print in a high-mix environment. Set tools in chucks, collets, and posts; fixture parts using chucks, centers, tables, or dedicated fixtures. Execute multiple daily setups; establish startup dimensions and offsets for repeatable results. Operate conventional lathes, mills, and grinders, plus CNC lathes or vertical/horizontal machining centers. Edit CNC programs in partnership with programmers/engineering to drive continuous improvement. Monitor operations; verify quality using calibrated gauges; deburr using bench tools. Take on additional tasks as assigned. What You Have 6–12 months of related machining experience/training, or equivalent education/experience. Associate’s degree from a two-year college/technical school preferred. Requirements

  • 6–12 months of related machining experience/training, or equivalent education/experience.
