About The Position

Connect Staffing is seeking a Precision Cleaner for a company that manufactures different types of faucets in the city of Huntington Beach, CA. Schedule: Monday through Friday 1st shift 5:15 AM to 2:00 PM As a Precision Cleaner at PVD Coatings, you will be responsible for physically polishing and cleaning critical plumbing product through wiping, brushing, and polishing. Requirements

• MINIMUM 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PRECISION CLEANING.
• High school diploma or GED certificate desired.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Basic knowledge of general hygiene practices.
• Good knowledge of cleaning products, handling, and applications.
• Basic computer skills, able to follow instructions, and record day to day activities.
• Ability to follow instructions and comply with all safety regulations including the use of personal protective equipment.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand extended periods of time (8 hours plus); walk; reach with hands and arms below and above shoulder; use of left and right-hands for fine and simple manipulation such as grasping and squeezing; climb, balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, twist or crawl.
• The employee may be required to lift/carry 1-50 pounds when necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in roles such as Production Cleaner, Sanitation Technician, PVD Cleaner, Manufacturing Cleaner, Finishing Technician, or Quality Inspector is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Contribute to team effort by performing other supporting tasks as required by Shift Leader.
