About The Position

The Preceptor is an experienced employee responsible for mentoring and training newly hired staff members during their initial formal orientation process. The Preceptor facilitates a supportive and positive learning environment to ensure new hires develop the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted license and/or certifications as required for primary role
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in the area where providing preceptorship
• Proven record of exceptional performance in primary role within the department

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
