ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with development of comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees on precast manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols. Deliver these programs during new hire onboarding. Monitor and enforce adherence to company safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements, conducting regular safety briefings and audits. Evaluate trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and document progress to ensure skill development and knowledge retention. Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with management to implement best practices that enhance efficiency and product quality. Maintain accurate training records and update training materials as needed to reflect changes in procedures or regulations. Lead and manage mentorship program as well as train mentors on coaching and training techniques, Coordinate mentor assignments and track progress EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED H High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of five years experience in a precast manufacturing environment. Demonstrated knowledge of safety protocols and manufacturing processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to train and instruct diverse groups. Previous experience in precast or concrete manufacturing Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Strong computer and presentation skills Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as work boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and hearing protection PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for typing, filing, and using office equipment. Visual acuity and ability to read small print. Hearing acuity and ability to communicate effectively with others. Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment. Mobility and ability to move around the office as needed. WORKING CONDITIONS Minimal risk of exposure to unusual elements. Minimal risk of safety precautions. Requirements

Responsibilities
