About The Position

Trueline is seeking a Precast Plant Manager to direct and coordinate daily operations at their precast manufacturing facility. This leadership role is responsible for driving safe, efficient production while meeting quality standards, delivery schedules, and profitability targets.

Requirements

Five (5+) years of experience in precast production processes, including production management (or related)
Strong ability to plan, schedule, and lead production operations to hit quality, schedule, and budget targets
Working knowledge of OSHA and safety program implementation in a production environment
General computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
Legal capacity to drive a company vehicle

Experience building and implementing continual improvement programs tied to productivity, standards, and performance metrics
Proven ability to analyze workflow and operational data to drive corrective actions and sustained optimization
Experience leading multi-function teams across production and quality in a manufacturing setting

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and direct ongoing production requirements, including assignment of personnel, material, and equipment to ensure efficient operations that meet quality standards, delivery schedules, and budget requirements
Establish performance standards, measure results, analyze workflow, and troubleshoot production problems
Manage plant personnel matters including hiring, training, coaching, and discipline while administering company rules, regulations, and policies
Implement and enforce the company safety program, ensuring compliance with OSHA and all applicable governmental and company safety requirements
Ensure participation in monthly safety meetings and prepare accident investigation reports and monthly plant inspection reports
Manage operations to meet profitability targets, quality and safety standards, and schedule commitments
Plan, create, and implement continual improvement programs that strengthen competitiveness
Implement strategies aligned with strategic initiatives and provide clear direction and focus to staff
Monitor operations, initiate corrective actions, and ensure follow-up is completed
Collect and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and develop systems to track productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets
Direct and coordinate activities of Production Lead, Quality Lead, and Laborers to meet company goals and objectives
Attend monthly business reviews to track progress on plant goals and objectives
Participate in annual business planning activities
