Acts as front-line training support, focused on assisting team members at clinics and hospitals who have patients in front of them. Provides this support telephonically, with an emphasis on pre-service revenue cycle processes, particularly the more complex ones. Maintains detailed knowledge of patient, guarantor, coverage, and payment related workflows in order to provide support and partner with various teams. When not assisting team members, works in designated work queues, with special emphasis on complex guarantor situations that need resolution.
