Purpose IDEMA is looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Architect for our Connectivity Services Business Line. Our solutions are industry-leading in the connectivity market for Consumer SIMs, eSIM Cards and IoT devices management thanks to our long-standing expertise in advanced cryptography. We are trusted by 500 Mobile Operators and OEMs makers across 180 countries. The role of Pre-Sales is to manage functional and non-functional requirements into design to reach efficient and maintainable solutions that best addresses customers' requirements and optimize IDEMIA business value. As a Solution Architect, you will have deep and expert knowledge of our Digital Solutions portfolio and will work closely with Customers, Sales, Business Developers, Product and Delivery teams.

  • Minimum 10 years within Telecom Industry
  • Minimum 5 years in similar position (Solution Architect, Pre-Sales, Sales, Business Dev…)
  • Fluent English-speaking
  • strong interpersonal skills and resistance to stress are mandatory
  • strong communication skills to write proposals, instructions, emails and memos in English and speak during video conferences
  • strong relationship management skills and act as a Team player by efficiently collaborate with internal teams

Nice To Haves

  • SIM Cards, OTA and eSIM solutions knowledge would be great advantage
  • Ideally, knowledge of NORAM Telecom Market.
  • French is very welcome

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the Digital Business in North America.
  • Identify and quality customers' business cases, needs and pains.
  • Translate such specifications into viable and profitable technological solutions.
  • Collect and present project objectives, technical requirements, schedules, deliverables, and cost estimates, roles and responsibilities.
  • Works in conjunction with the development & products teams to reach the recommended solution
  • Provides support in customer meetings and presentations by promoting our value proposition and key differentiators.
  • Provides support during negotiations, contract finalization and transfert to Delivery teams.
  • Act as a Bid Manager when answering tenders or request for proposals.
  • Maintain knowledge of technological concepts and innovations to influence the product roadmap.
  • Business Development by looking for new opportunities or representing IDEMIA in events.
