The Pre-Sales Laserfiche Specialist partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Advocacy to support the technical evaluation of Laserfiche solutions. This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, demonstrating product capability, and designing solutions that align business requirements with technical capabilities. This position plays a critical role in moving opportunities through the sales cycle by translating customer requirements into proposed solutions, scope of work and financial commitment. The primary function of this role is to support Sales and Operations by delivering in-depth product demonstrations and developing recommended solutions and service proposals, including related pricing and contract documentation, for both existing and prospective customers.
