About The Position

ThePre-Sales Cold Caller will be responsible for receiving leads from applicantsinterested in this job contacting truckowner-operators, and generating detailed profiles from the leads that are recieved. The Pre-Sales Cold Caller must complete a minimum of 15 profilesdaily and perform 150+ calls per day.

Requirements

  • Atleast 1-2 years of phone sales or customer service experience.
  • Familiaritywith CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellentverbal communication skills.
  • Strongorganizational and time management abilities.
  • Abilityto multitask and meet daily targets.
  • Attentionto detail for accurate profile creation.
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliableinternet and phone connection (for remote work).
  • Flexibilityto adapt to changing lead volumes and priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Previousexperience in the trucking or logistics industry is preferred.
  • Additionaltraining in sales or customer service is a plus.
