Responsibilities include up to and not limited to: Quotation Generation Accessory quoting and post sales management Telemarketing and business development Territory strategy, marketing, and catalog stocking Order processing Manage shipping arrangements, Invoice tracking and reporting Database development (OMS/CRM) Developing and mailing correspondence, answering telephones, filing of customer: files, sales orders, invoices Provide administrative support to Sales staff Customer advocacy Other duties as assigned
