About The Position

This position will provide administrative support to the DMG MORI Sales Team. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Responsibilities include up to and not limited to: Quotation Generation Accessory quoting and post sales management Telemarketing and business development Territory strategy, marketing, and catalog stocking Order processing Manage shipping arrangements, Invoice tracking and reporting Database development (OMS/CRM) Developing and mailing correspondence, answering telephones, filing of customer: files, sales orders, invoices Provide administrative support to Sales staff Customer advocacy Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years related experience
  • Average to expert use of Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with CRM tools is preferable, but not required
  • Previous experience in machine tool industry preferred
