About The Position

Join our collaborative Behavior team at TES, where you’ll support individuals with diverse learning needs across home, school, and community settings. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Willingness to complete RBT training and certification (if not already certified)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and required auto insurance (25/50k minimum)
• Ability to travel between client locations
• Must pass DOJ/FBI background clearance
• Negative TB test within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to clients in home, school, and community settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Use ABA strategies to support skill development in: Communication Social interaction Play and daily living skills
• Track progress and maintain accurate daily documentation
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
