Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Willingness to complete RBT training and certification (if not already certified)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and required auto insurance (25/50k minimum)
- Ability to travel between client locations
- Must pass DOJ/FBI background clearance
- Negative TB test within the past 12 months
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to clients in home, school, and community settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Use ABA strategies to support skill development in: Communication, Social interaction, Play and daily living skills
- Track progress and maintain accurate daily documentation
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
