About The Position

As a member of the Production team, the Manager - Production is a key leadership role and is responsible for providing a safe environment, developing and coaching all team members, and collaborating with teams across the organization to achieve KPIs that result in outstanding service to our coaches and student athletes Manager - Production is responsible for producing high quality decorated garments for our student athletes across a multi-shift operation with approximately 30-90 team members with a focus on the (Screenprint, Digital Fusion, Embroidery) decoration method.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field and/or 5-7 years’ experience in manufacturing/production setting
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Manager level role
  • LEAN/process/continuous improvement concepts and principles, including creating GEMBA metrics

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
