Roskam Foods produces and packages food products with the goal of consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations for quality, safety, and wholesomeness. The Shift Manager is responsible for the overall management of the manufacturing facility for a given shift, coordinating the activities of employees engaged in the operation and support of a variety of production and packaging systems. They are responsible for monitoring progress to the schedule and ensuring accurate reporting of employee safety, quality, department efficiencies, labor utilization, materials, and line time, all which are reported to the organization on a daily basis. The Shift Manager is the primary point of coordination with support teams such as Maintenance, Human Resources, Quality and Supply Chain. The Shift Manager will work towards the achievement of company goals and objectives by meeting customer requirements and cost control, as well as enforcing company procedures and policies related to labor regulations, OSHA Compliance, State, and local laws and ordinances relevant to the operation, staff, and food safety. Hours: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm
