About The Position

Prepress Artist is responsible for preparing artwork and digital files for high-quality printing. Primary purpose is to ensure that all visual materials – such as packaging, marketing material, labels, etc. are technically accurate, print-ready, and optimized for the intended production process. Primary purpose is to create/modify artwork for the Sales Service. Must have strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Requirements

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Good to high understanding of PC and Macintosh.
• Knowledge of all related computer applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Suitcase Fusion, & Microsoft Suite.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• College or technical degree preferred in related fields such as graphic design, visual communication, or printing technology.
