Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and retain top sales talent.
• Set measurable performance standards.
• Understand the market and develop strategies for acquiring, managing and moving appropriate inventory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with fixed operations department.
• Understand fixed operations and reconditioning center processes.
• Establish goals and lead department to consistently surpass goals.
• Empower employees to achieve maximum performance.
• Attend sales manager meetings
