Requirements
- Proven automotive sales management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of vehicles, financing, and sales processes
- CRM experience and a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet required MVR standards
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Drive sales volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction
- Manage used inventory and monitor performance metrics
- Support negotiations and closings
- Partner with Finance and Service for a seamless buying experience
- Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent
