Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma
Some education in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young learners.

Nice To Haves

Some education in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for all children.
Assess and monitor children's progress and adapt activities to meet individual learning needs.
